Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products within 5 days of delivery. Teena’s Hair And Skin is not liable for any damage that occurs after dispatch and delivery.
Shipping & Pricing Policy
- The amounts are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website.
- Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Depending on the location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.
- All customers must ensure the correct shipping address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or courier issues.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Below that, standard delivery charges apply.
- International shipping is available. Charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country. The customer has to bear the customs duties (if any).
- In case of additional charges, we will inform you about them.
Modes Of Payment
Currently, we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (like Paytm, PhonePe) and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer service for an order modification or cancellation. Besides that, our skincare experts can guide you with personalised suggestions when you reach out via chat or email for consultation before making a purchase. However, the final purchase decision will be yours, and we won’t be liable for the consequences of your decisions.
Order Cancellation by Teena’s Hair And Skin
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- Quantity restrictions exceeded
- Pricing errors
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Delivery to non-serviceable PIN codes
